Since the founding of Moore Stephens London over 100 years ago, Moore Stephens International (MSIL) has grown to be the 10th largest based on staff and 11th largest based on fees, international accounting and consulting group in the world. Today, MSIL comprises 657 offices of the 300-independent member and correspondent firms that make up the network in 106 countries throughout the world. Worldwide, the Moore Stephens member and correspondent firms involve some 27 613 people, with fees of more than US$2.660 billion.

Moore Stephens International Limited (MSIL) is a global accountancy and advisory network with its headquarters in London. Managing audits and dealing with multijurisdictional tax matters of multi- national operations is the core of our business.

The scope of our global client management extends, therefore, beyond the delivery of compliance services to advising on international business structures and tax planning to minimise tax liabilities. Led by a Policy Committee, comprising representatives from each region of the world, the MSIL member firms operate through a regional structure: Africa (25 offices), Asia Pacific (56 offices), Australasia (22 offices), China (48 offices), Europe (302 offices), Latin America (36 offices), the Middle East (29 offices) and North America (139 offices). 15 firms in South Africa, with a total of 20 offices, complete the network. The eight regional firms are led by Executive Committees, made up of principals drawn from within the region, whose main tasks are to co-ordinate its effectiveness, its standards and its development. To support the technical side of the member firms, there are both International Technical and Tax Committees, whose tasks are to oversee the standards of the member firms and to propagate and monitor new developments within each firm in their respective fields.
